Taken over in 2024. Launched in 2025. Still shipping in 2026.
Alite is a private members' network for the people who run the world's busiest offices. When they found me, their platform had been stuck since 2023: a half-finished build nobody could push over the line.
The first thing I gave them wasn't code. It was an honest read of what was worth keeping and what wasn't. Then we got to work: fortnightly sprints, weekly check-ins, no surprises.

The front end was rebuilt from their Figma files, fully custom, no page builder. Underneath sits BuddyBoss and MemberPress, customised until the platform stopped looking like a template and started looking like Alite.
The piece that mattered most: the membership application flow. A private network lives or dies on who gets in and how it feels to apply. I rebuilt it end to end, then kept building: noticeboard, groups, tagging, the features members actually use, shipped in phases.
The platform opened to members in June 2025. Since then it ships monthly: new features, refinements, the occasional quiet infrastructure upgrade. The members never see the machinery. That's the point.
Two years in, I'm still their developer, in the sprint calls, on the roadmap, part of the furniture. Private clubs don't rotate the people they trust.
